As a military member I wouldn’t recommend getting these guys.. service was good but they dropped off all my furniture and left without assembling anything.. which after being told by their receptionist team was going to be included.. I guess my mistake was signing papers before all my stuff got moved in.. never again

Zander, Pekelo, & Levi went above and beyond for my family in unpacking our HHG. This was our first OCONUS PCS, and I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to entrust a full unpack of our HHG with. Kind, considerate and compassionate with our belongings we’ve worked so hard for. Very cool dudes too. My kids even told me I better leave them 5 stars before I even left a review lol. Highly reccomend this moving company. Top notch service!

M. Dyer Global was super friendly! Zander, Ryan, Bryan, and Wade were the team that came to pack our stuff for the military move. They were very efficient and made sure countless times that nothing was forgotten before they closed the crates. Even when my toddler came home to the new environment, the guys were very friendly to him and showed off the truck to make him feel comfortable. They worked fast to make sure they pack all our stuff within the day (and we had quite a bit of things). Mahalo for all your hard work.

M.Dyer Global contracted Olympia Moving in Austin, TX to do our packing and shipping. Olympia did an absolutely amateur job and damaged several of our furniture pieces resulting in nearly $20k in damages. The insurance company that M.Dyer Global suggested only covered $5k in damages. Among the major issues with the pack portion of the move: * Olympia did not secure furniture pieces to the dolly and one went flying down the stairs, crashing into our wall, causing damages to our home and destroyed the furniture piece. * Olympia was rushing the dolly down the stairs so quickly that it caused a large dent in the wooden floor * Olympia dragged our metal table stand across our wooden floors and left large scrapes in the floor * Olympia never went over the Bill of Lading page by page, as required by law. * Olympia did not wrap our refrigerator doors and they flew open during the move causing the refrigerator to arrive full of maggots and mold. We had to pay $250 for it to be cleaned out. * One of our furniture pieces was nailed to the crate. I kid you not. They were so damn careless that they nailed the box closed through the furniture. M.Dyer's delivery: * One of the movers tried to move the entertainment center from the truck by himself and dropped it, damaging the item. The insurance company refused to cover the damages. * We had to listen to the movers tell us several times "you guys are rich". No one wants to hear unprofessional language like this. Do the move and do not comment on the people's financial status to make the feel uncomfortable. * The box containing all the furniture parts was hidden away in a closet and not set aside. At the end of the move they claimed the bed parts were missing. This created a big fiasco where we did not have our beds put together for over a week. M.Dyer went to buy parts and then attempted to put the bed together, however, they didn't buy the same parts used by the beds and DRILLED NEW HOLES in the furniture. It was unbelievably unprofessional and they did so without asking! * One of the movers picked up my shotgun and pointed it at his coworkers after we opened the case to ensure the firearms arrived. I had to tell him to put the gun down. I've never seen any moving company do anything like this. * Walls and handrails were damaged during the move * I asked them to place things in specific places, but instead the item was moved and I had to move it myself I recommend you DO NOT use this company if you have a valuable shipment and definitely DO NOT use their recommended insurance company Pacific Global. UPDATE: After struggling with PacGlobal Insurance for nearly a year to receive payout on the damages, they claimed they had made the payment yesterday. No pending wire transfer in our bank. PacGlobal Insurance is a SCAM and M.Dyer has been working them for years. We've been forced to move forward legally.
