If I could give zero stars, this would zero. Waited four hours during our "delivery window". After a no show, I contacted the company who could not make contact with the delivery driver. They left a message and told me to call back if he didn't call. This went on for several hours. The dispatch has no alternative contact or contingency plan in place for driver not responsive. Worst service ever.
