Rodolfo and the team at Dynamic Moving and Packing LLC provided exceptional service for us on our move in June of 2022, and we couldn't be happier with our recent experience this May 2024. My partner and I were moving from two separate homes in Arlington to our new place in Tysons, and the logistics could have been a nightmare with thunderstorms rolling into the area with a tight timetable for relocation. However, Rodolfo and his crew made the entire process seamless and stress-free. From the moment they arrived, right on schedule, it was clear we were in good hands. The team was incredibly tidy, carefully wrapping each piece of furniture to protect it from the rain. They even brought their own rug runners to prevent any damage to our wood floors—a detail we greatly appreciated. Throughout the move, the efficiency and professionalism of Dynamic Moving and Packing LLC were evident. They worked quickly without ever compromising the safety of our belongings. Communication was also top-notch; they kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied with how things were progressing. AVOID, do NOT recommend! We hired Dynamic Moving and Packing twice within 2 years. The first time, Rodolfo and his crew were excellent, the most recent time was a nightmare. Everything seemed to go smoothly until we started unpacking and truly examining everything. The following items were broken during the move, THREE bookshelves, a glass vase, a non-stick pan was scratched badly, and a wooden candlestick. In addition, the pegs that hold up shelves were missing on both of our desks. All of this added up to an estimated $750 or more to replace these items. When we emailed Rodolfo with pictures of proof, he would only refund us $500. The check we received in the mail is dated "03-11-2022" but it was mailed on 12/02/2022. So even date format was different, it would still be wrong as we didn’t even move until mid-November after November 3. So did they date the check March 11, 2022 knowing this is past 6 months and many banks won’t process the check? So not only did they not refund us the entire amount for the items they broke during the move, they try to scam us with the check date? Truly unprofessional and that alone will cause us to specifically mention them to everyone who ever asks about movers to NOT use Dynamic Moving and Packing. On top of all that is above, their packing is insane. There was clothes from our bedroom in the same box as the basement bathroom toilet brush. GROSS!!! So many boxes had stuff from random floors that were so far apart from each other in the house. All the boxes made absolutely zero sense which also made unpacking a huge hassle since the boxes are now in the wrong room for the new house since half the stuff in the box goes to a different room. To make matters worse, their workers got super lazy towards the end of the day. There were two boxes that were meant to go upstairs that they just left at the bottom of the stairs and closed the door so no one could see it. Wow. Overall, you might have a good experience, but I would go with anyone else before risking your stuff and the massive pain of having to reorganize all the boxes after they move.
