Dispatch is really rude to hang up in my face when I asked if I can get the security number of which they have a contract with my apartment and she just hung up in my face. I called back several times never addressed to her in a disrespectful manner, and she just didn’t answer the phone, that’s been going on for two days

This company tows vehicles… and charge a ridiculous amount of money to get it out….. but that’s all tow yards… this one actually towed my truck from rancho Ontario mobile homes for 55+ for not having a parking permit…which I did….and if I’m honest I don’t believe they did it on purpose( I believe someone took it off my truck)….but they had no problem charging me $395 to get it out…. It’s a crime to charge that much….but funk it… that’s why I gave them 3 stars … but service was quick and polite… the girl who was working was super helpful and really helped me mins before they closed…. And I mean mins… like I came in at 4:51 and they close at 5 pm and she even gave me a jump to start my truck all before it hit 5pm…

My mom parked in the wrong spot unknowingly where she lived. They sent an email which I did not see into that evening. They did not call or knock on the door which they should have done because it was urgent. Yet I will say that the tow company was very cooperative. They gave me the right information and it only ended up being $285. They were very pleasant easy to work with of all the places that could have told that car I am grateful that it was this company because they were so helpful, they did not gouge us in price, and the service was excellent.

According to my apartment complex the company is supposed to let you be aware that they towed your car along with pictures and the violation. None of that was done. My boyfriend was saving a spot in the guest parking so I wouldn’t have to risk parking on the street when coming home from my hospital shift at night. The apartment managers do not care if residents park in guest parking nobody is watching who parks in guest parking besides these SOB’s. We asked for names and we didn’t get anything of course cause they’re scared. They just watch cars because that’s the only way they make money. Such a bad company it’s not even accredited by the BBB. Wish they would go out of business. I’ve dealt with much more professional companies where they even let me know my car has been towed and never had to make a reservation on getting vehicles back. The whole thing is sketch!!! Even picking up the car was sketch it’s in the middle of warehouses where there is only one house with a faded raiders flag almost looks like a crack house.
