This driver tried to run us off the road driving drown an icy mountain pass literally in a snowstorm here outside Flagstaff going over speed limit and laying on his horn while being less than a car length away when he could have just passed legally by changing lanes! Then proceeded to flip us off after running us into a different lane! #612 the heck?!

I work at anheiser Bush warehouse Edwardsville.Illinone, usually the drivers they come in there.Are experts and have no trouble backing their trucks. Last night, truck number 659 did nothing great. Complain the whole time and then we had to wait until one of the other trucks left so he could back it in there. And when I offered to help he was rude and hateful.Please fix this issue

Looking at the Majority of reviews.. and carefully analyzing the comments, seems to Me that the drivers are fairly new to industry and no experience. Refers alone is a breed of driver that requires a time frame to be patient. Unlike Dry frieght you can not just back in and expect a quick unload. The frieght comes off and is sorted… if you know how to read a BOL and see that there are 16 lines of product code.. that means your going to be at a stand still a while.. there usually is not enough room on the dock while others are being unloaded.. at the same time… the people on the dock have to scan and count the product.. then take the product to the proper holding… if you have multiple trucks unloading the same time and one person at the receiver trying to scan every pallet with in a 5 door range .. imagine the time it will take.. and the possibility of the piece count being off .. it is NOT THE COMPANY .. the drivers need to understand the process and learn that no matter what you haul.. it is different, small receivers will take less time, big Corps will have a plan to be better organized as best as it can get.. the workers.. Dock, Office, yard guys, all the way down to LTL drivers coming in, everything is done on a time efficient bases.. most food received is mandatory to not show up Hour too Two hour window.. most receivers will help depending on the drivers attitude.. go in thinking your entitled and start demanding.. will not get you anywhere .. Be professional and courteous.. allow yourself the time to get in and follow the process.. learn how to manage your time while on the road.. time and distance.. understand the importance of when to stop and when to keep going.. don’t blame the company ( companies) for your mistakes and how your unorganized work ethics.. if your a angry driver then learn to be patient and change the routine so your relaxed.. don’t show up to a customer with a bad attitude because a four wheeler did something to you that made you Blare the horn at them.. Keep your following distance at a SAFE PACE… Learn to be Safe.. Professional.. and don’t blame others for your lack of experience. Transportation industry is not about going from Point A to B in a straight line.. think outside the box.. and not about yourself .. The rates have fallen and so has the drivers wages.. accept it!!!

I have been with them for a year now and can't say enough good about them. They truly treat you like family. Anytime you have a problem they do their best to resolve it. I really enjoy all the help Brian has been with me. Shop guys do a great job. Fred and Michelle are awesome people.

It’s a good place to work because they don’t baby sit you like some companies do. Like ever company your going to have good days and bad days. I didn’t stay because I didn’t like the owners son.but I got along with all the office staff. But free needs to do something to make the office staff happier though,like bring in lunch for them on Fridays or something to show they’re appreciated.if they’re happy,the driver will be happy. I’d go back if I could get home weekly since I live in southern Illinois.
