The crew communicated extremely well leading up to, during and after our move. The virtual tour was very helpful to my schedule. Even with a change in our plans they were able to accommodate. The crew came on time and loaded up everything quickly and without any damage to my belongings or our property. At drop off the team was just as great. The driver/leader whom we called “Captain Kirk” really made sure the process went well on site at pick up and delivery. My work causes me to move every few years. This is my second move with this company and I will be using them again in the future!

We moved from Charlotte, NC to Lubbock, TX. We received estimates from four moving companies. EE Ward was the one we selected. They were not the most expensive or the least expensive. They were the one company who included everything in our quote we needed and explained in detail to us the quote. Mindy was the only person to come in-person to view our home to provide us a quote. She was great to follow-up after sending the quote. The packing/loading team in Charlotte did an excellent job with our home. Mike (the driver) was very professional but personable too. The packing and loading was exactly as quoted or estimated. They delivered our home within the window provided. The unloading team in Lubbock, TX were excellent. Again, Mike and the team were professional and personable during the unload. We both agreed this was the best moving experience either one of us had ever had. Thank you EE Ward and North American!!!!

From the moment I contacted EE Ward I was met with unbelievable customer service and a professional attitude to meet all my expectations. From the Sales representative who met with us, to the Team that packed all of our items and finally the driver that delivered our items all were “top notch” individuals who wanted to make our moving experience effortlessly.
