5 star towing out of Sacramento towed my motor home about a month and a half ago and broke off the driver side mirror. After repeated calls they asked me to get estimates of repair and submit them. I did, and they have yet to replace or pay to have the mirror replaced. I am unable to use the motor home without the mirror. UPDATE. They have since refunded my towing charge, and credited me with funds to replace my mirror. It appears that a former employee dropped the ball. I am now satisfied.

Five Star Towing is AMAZING! My car broke down on me at 5:00am on a Friday, called Five Star Towing and they were there so quick! Very affordable! The driver (Alfred) was so nice, walked me to the truck made sure I was in the truck safely before loading my car on the bed. The truck was so clean as well! Highly recommend Five Star for your towing needs.

I had an accident on a Friday night, and needed to get my belongs out the next day, a Saturday, when they are closed. I called, and they sent the absolute nicest lady out to assist me. Even though it was her day off, she was extremely nice and jovial, and didn't even bat an eye when we found out my car was at their other location! She just had me fill out the paperwork to save time, then led me over to the correct facility. I wish I had gotten her name, but for the sake of company recognition, she had reddish hair, and the date was 2/23/19. She saved the day for me and could NOT have been any nicer about it!!!
