They moved me in December 2020. Could not get my long sofa on the elevator. I was upset but the owner, Dave, told me that he could give me 2 almost new love seats (he texted photos)so I let him give my sofa to a lady who he said had nothing. They also forgot to take my TV tray tables off truck and I told him he could deliver with the loveseats. When it came time to bring me the furniture, he told me that they were being used for staging and would be available in a couple of months. I contacted him a couple of months later and he said they were still being used. I checked back periodically and was given basically the same line. In May, I called him and he told me he would call me back. I left multiple texts and voice-mail with no reply. I refrained from trying to reach him the last couple of weeks in May. I called him on June 1st. He answered his phone, heard my voice and hung up. I left messages with no response. All I want, at this point, is my TV tray tables. I have been nothing but respectful and nice to this man. If he couldn't get me the sofas, fine. All he had to do is tell me. Instead he hides and acts like a jackass. I am amazed he even got 2 stars because he is a disreputable business owner. If I could give zero stars, I would. If he can't face a problem in his business with integrity, he doesn't need to have a business.

My first experience with this company went well. I gave glowing reviews to friends and family. My second experience has not gone well I was given dates and times for an estimate that were not done. I was given a myriad of excuses. I have been made to feel my business was not valued. I no longer recommend this business to any one

I had the worst experience with them, they were slow, didn’t load the truck right and I had to go back with a van the next day and get the rest of my things. I was quoted one price and wound up paying over $500 and thirty minutes was waiting for the owner to come back. Very, unsatisfied with them. I spoke to the owner for the quote and he was nice on the phone, I would have been better off getting a uhaul and getting family members to move me bc I did not get a professional experience

We had a great experience with this company. They were early. Got things loaded SUPER fast and safe and unloaded is in far less time than anticipated. The movers were professional.

Was told 3 times they were coming to do an estimate. They never showed up. Disappointed because they came highly recommended. Will never call them again!
