Best moving experience I have ever had. Everyone was extremely professional. 8:30 they were scheduled to be there and they were actually a few minutes early, which I have never seen. By 10:30 they were already on their way. They were patient with us and put everything in our new space exactly how we wanted. I was very impressed. I have, unfortunately, become accustomed to waiting for hours for movers to show up, taking even longer to pack everything up and taking up a huge chunk of my day away, God forbid anything got damaged. Not anymore, I will be highly recommending Eagle Lines to anyone looking for a hassle free move. They made moving day way too easy, truly.

RUDE / CROOKED/ AVOID.!!!! These people are the biggest scam artists in the business! They’ll tell you it’s going to be one price and then when they’re finished moving for the day they royally screw you!! They add on about $600 to the total price and think you’re not going to notice. If you don’t give them a signature, they won’t leave your house! If you value your sanity and don’t wish to get taken advantage of, DON’T USE EAGLE LINE!! There are plenty of better, honest moving companies in the area.

We worked with Tai to coordinate our move and he was very responsive. They were flexible with a relatively last-minute date change (during the holidays, no less). The arrival window given was between 8 and 9am; they arrived exactly at 8am. Everything was packed and moved in an incredibly efficient and orderly process. We had some hiccups along the way (an unknown person parked their car in our reserved parking space meant for the moving truck). However, the Eagle Lines team somehow made it work and delivered to our apartment with a good attitude. We wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend Eagle Lines to others in the future.

Moved from MA to WA in August, I was told my stuff would arrive within 2 weeks of the pickup date and it arrived exactly 2 weeks from the pickup date. Rachel was very helpful - she always responded to my phone calls and updated me regarding the delivery date window a couple of times. The drivers themselves arrived precisely on time during pick up and drop off and were very professional! Price was reasonable, considering other quotes I got. My stuff arrived with no damage. I did have to pay for the shuttle at delivery, which was an extra $620, which sucked because I can’t imagine an 18 wheeler being able to fit in any residential area so this service should be included in the quote. Regardless, I got my stuff on time and nothing was missing or damaged so I’m happy! Would use this company again.

Eagle Lines is the best moving company I have ever dealt with. I'm a bit remiss in my review posting, as they moved us once in December of 2020 and then again in February of 2023. Both times they sent a 3-man crew that was quick, efficient and friendly. They fixed boxes that started to come apart without any hassle or complaint. They just went with it and continued with a smile. Not only that, but not one thing was damaged or broken. Both times they finished well before I anticipated with a cost that was excellent. I cannot recommend Eagle Lines higher that I did or I would! Our next move will definitely be with Eagle Lines! Thanks!!!
