Unprofessional, dishonest, careless and lacks customer service. Hired to disassemble furniture and move items into a POD. Paid up front for two hours. They did not inform me prior to arriving that a credit card could not be used on weekends. They carelessly moved items into POD, doing some damage to dresser which I saw later because they did not inform me. After 1 hour, they started to disassemble beds.(which I asked them to move into POD first because they were the biggest items) One mover said they were going to get a tool and while I was making a call, they took off. 1 hour was still left of the two hours I paid for. They did not tell me they were leaving, no goodbye, no receipt given...just took off. When I spoke with Brain regarding all this, he was unapologetic, augmentative, refused to refund at a prorated rate for that hour and still no receipt has been sent to me. When expressing that I would have to report the company so others will know how they can operate, he told me to go ahead. Pictures below show damage, and how furniture was left when they took off without saying they were leaving.

This company damaged 6 pieces of furniture and has refused to pay for or fix the damages. They will not respond to me at all. They did not have a contract and are very unprofessional. I will continue to report this unethical company and seek the reimbursement I am due.

I hired them for a move on Jan 27th. The two movers were nice and friendly. There are multiple dings on my items, but I can understand it since both units are on the 3rd floor. The bed frame was broken during the move, and the mover made notes of that. After 2 weeks of waiting, they are going to pay $30 for a bed frame that is worth almost $180. They told me that the insurance covers $0.60 per pound for damaged items, but I have to believe there are other laws and regulations that cover this type of compensation. What if a $1000 20 lbs TV is broken? However, since the movers didn't explain anything to me prior to the move, I guess there is nothing I can do now. I hope this review serves as a reminder to future customers to ask the right questions before their moves. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Updated review (response to the owner) 1. I didn't talk to Amanda, I talked to a guy. He quoted me for 2 hours and 2 guys because he said that's all I needed (All there were to move were big furnitures. No boxes). I never said I want it done in under 2 hours. He said it can be done under 2 hours. I didn't decline anything. 2. The 2 movers didn't bring any tool box for the bed. And they never "explained" anything. the only thing they refused to move is a piece of glass which is unwrapped. I agreed. 3. When the movers said it will go over 2 hours, I agreed. 4. After your movers saw the broken bed. They said they will make sure I get the same bed. Not a cheap one. And then you told me you can only pay 30 dollars. Fine. I gave you my information for Zelle transfer which was on Feb 10th 2024. And I still haven't heard anything from you. I have all the emails from you saying you will pay but you didn't. You can talk nice and friendly but actions speak louder than words. Do not use this company.

Worse experience...... first they where to be at my house at 9 am. They showed up at 10:30 and told me they went to breakfast. They broke the wheels off two of my drawers and my stand up lamp. They didn't even tell me they broke my lamp. They hid it in a corner of the garage, which I did not find till the next day. I called and I was told I would receive a call from someone who would come out and repair. I have not received any calls. I called several times only to be hung up on. Use a different company, they don't treat customers right. I have a lawyer on this.

They are very unprofessional, dishonest, careless crew. You can’t talk to them in person. Address takes you to a townhouse which the company owner leased out to a tenant. Sent one sick person for the job who left after 1 hour. Sent a replacement after an hour. They scratched some furniture, left the job unfinished by promising that they would come back the next day after receiving the amount paid for the hours worked. No response on the next day. Responded on 3rd & 4th days, set some time, but did not show up. Lesson is that NOT to trust this kind of companies (company with NO office address) and DO NOT pay until the whole job is completed.
