I can't recommend Elite Moving enough! This company provided an outstanding service from start to finish! They had the best price in Tyler. Tammy was super friendly and gave me a quote instantly with just a brief description. We were scheduled for next day service and they showed up right on time. Jakob introduced himself and was incredibly pleasant and caring. His customer service was top-notch, making our move easy and enjoyable. They were careful, organized, and had everything set up in our new house within 4 hours. This was our best moving experience by far!

This is a company you really should consider! Jakob Hengen saved me ALOT of money by providing suggestions on how to move more efficiently, sacrificing business for his own company! So unusual these days to have someone help you without an alterior motive! As it turned out, I did need some labor in moving into our home, and Jacob provided 4 professional gentlemen to help me at a very reasonable and competitive rate. Amire (leader) and his 3 teammates were quick but careful with our furnishings and very polite and respectful. They willingly took directions from me and me wife and placed items in our desired locations, which has minimized our subsequent handling and work. They put together our bed and helped clean up the mess from moving before they left. I could not have asked for more. Thanks Jakob and Amire for your excellent customer service.

I hired Elite Moving to move my furniture from a two-story rental to a one-level house. Jakob was quick to respond to my inquiry and worked with me to set up a date that wouldn't require me to miss work. The movers showed up on time and were generally friendly and professional, even though I know for a fact that getting some of that furniture down from the second floor was not a good time. The move was finished an hour before the time I'd been quoted, and everything seems to have arrived at the new place in the same condition it left the old one. Their customer service is also great-- a small but important piece for holding up a shelf fell out of one piece of furniture during the move, and I couldn't find it after everything was done. I texted my point of contact and he located the piece in the truck the next day, and brought it over. I would recommend using Elite for your moving needs.

I attempted to get an online quote by using their website on Monday evening, I have waited 72 hours and still no email or call back from the company. I attempted to call 7 times over 3 days and got voicemail every time. I even left a message and never got a call back, its almost as if this company does not want business. I contacted 2 competitors during my wait and was able to speak to someone when I called, the first time, and get quotes with 5 minutes to 24 hours. Very sad.
