I would advise anyone not to buy a used car from "Andres" at "Easy Deal Auto". This guy is a liar and a cheat and sold us a car that he claimed everything worked on and that in ran great. The cars computer failed. The car needed a completely new engine, Failed ETM computer, no brake pads, dis-aligned steering wheel and more. The Dealer didn't want to fix my problem until I make a payment and doesn't happen until the beginning of the next month. If your looking for a used car I would definitely bypass this dealer because he is dishonest and did not make it right call to help his customer.

Sold us a 2009 Jeep Liberty. We could not pick up til next day. Then he changed price by $300. The guy said they were vacuuming. I later found out they were vacuuming water out as sunroof leaked like crazy and had been for a while. Spent over $1000 and another $1000 on brakes, tires, etc. 3 months later the engine seized. They never returned calls. Screw med out of $10k!

Horrible business. Wanted to buy a car from here. Talked to Romeo. He was vague and hesitant to send me the VIN for the car. Refused to send me any additional pictures of the vehicle and ignored me when I asked again, but kept asking me to come by and look at the car. Then he calls me today and asks if I’m coming to look at the car and when I ask for picture he finally tells me that he already sold the car. In fact by the date he gave me, he had already sold the car when he was asking me to make the 9 hour trip to see it. Very sketchy and scummy people. To top it off, the vin came back to a different trim than the one they claimed it was.

They have horrible customer service. Once they trap you in their horrible deals, with horrible over priced cars that needs service. They don’t care for your satisfaction, they also sent someone to repo the car saying the bank went back on the loan, literally right after I accepted the payments and the loan was accepted from the bank… these people are very Shady and their attitudes stink after the down payment is made. I feel like I got stolen from and cheated… (btw they wanted 1,000 dollars for the tow fee)

Do not shop here! Complete scam artist bait-and-switch at its finest! I have been contacting the salesman all week about a specific truck and that I am driving four hours to buy the vehicle and to confirm that it is there before we drive up from key west. The salesman lied and as soon as we arrive they acted like it was at their other location which we drove to and neither location had the vehicle I drove 4 hours to purchase. They lied and tried to tell me I was speaking of another truck. Bad bad business. Scam artists and Crooks. Do not support this trash company. I would give negative Stars if I could.
