The DIFFICULT FLOW MOVERS My husband contacted them for same day delivery and they confirmed they can do it and we paid the $50 deposit. They promised certain time and never showed and didn’t even bother to update us. Contacted them 4 times to check in and every time they give an excuse and didn’t show up at all nor apologized. They won’t even call to say the new expected time and they were out for the day at the time their movers should have been in.If they commented below here that I never been customer, don’t believe because no one would care to ruin reputation of irresponsible people like this. BEWARE!!!!!!

I definitely do not recommend this company. Not only did they do a lot of damaged to our furniture/belongings, but they also did major damage to the floor at our brand new, just built home! They also scrapped up and took chunks of wood out of the door of our old house. Their moving truck even dripped and left oil stains in my brand new concrete driveway. Every time I tried calling and talking to someone at the company about getting this fixed, I get pushed off to another person. They said they were going to forward my damage to their claims department, but I haven't heard anything back from them and its been over a week now. And now every time I try to call them, no one will answer and I just get their voice mail. I'm getting very frustrated and it looks like I'm going to have to take them to small claims court. Please take my advice and do not use this company otherwise you will absolutely regret it! I will update this post if/when they rectify these issues... REALLY? YOU'RE RECORD DON'T SHOW ME BEING A CUSTOMER? THAT'S FUNNY, I HAVE THE INVOICE FOR THE INITIAL $50 DEPOSIT, AND VIDEO OF YOUR EMPLOYEE ADMITTING THE DAMAGE!

Movers never showed up! Paid deposit online, talked to Sean twice on the phone about scheduling a moving day, confirmed deposit and moving date via email, and no one ever showed up!!! I have called them at least 15 times and sent an email to find out why no one showed up and to get a refund of my deposit, and five days later they are still not answering my calls or responding to my email. I was scammed by this company! BEWARE!

Excellent help- arrived on time, very understanding with me needing to round up my pets before they started. Excellent and efficient with all belongings- worked well, packed everything safely, and were conscientious. I have moved 9 times, and this is the best moving help from a professional company that I have ever received. They also disconnected the washer hoses for me.

I was scheduled for a move to start at 7-8a that I confirmed the day before via phone. I expressed I had a 12:30 pm deadline that day so confirmed the start time. The day of, without communication, movers arrived at 9:40 am. They looked at the unloading needed to be done and we all agreed that the time as inadequate. Therefore, I scheduled a different moving company for later that evening.
