I want to recognize Zeny from the front desk for providing my husband and I with stellar first-class service! She was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She was never pushy and went above and beyond for us. This is the type of service we all hope for but don’t often receive at most businesses. StorQuest has fair prices and frequent promotions so that’s why I came back for another storage unit after already renting 2. The only downside is there is a rent increase after 3 months. This seems to be the case almost everywhere, so I can’t really blame them. Wished the increase was lesser though. I would still highly recommend StorQuest in San Jose!

Missy & Zeny have been absolutely amazing. I was shown multiple units when I was unsure of what I really needed. All were clean with great prices. The storage alarm feature is great. Very secure property. Above all they are my main reason for renting here. Great service
