They stole from me. I had to get the cops involved and there's an ongoing investigation. Called Easy Move and they did nothing but deflect. The movers disappeared and took a detour with my entire house in the back of their truck. I called the movers and advised them that they're off track they replied we know and hung up on me. 20 minutes later they appear again with 3 different excuses for the detour. Then I noticed items missing from my move. They stole a night table that had sensitive information in it. They stole my identity and credit card information and and are currently trying to use it for personal gain. I've complained to the owners of easy move and haven't heard from them since. They also attempted to use the credit card I used to pay for the move. This is bad business and the owners don't seem to care.

All I can say is amazing ! I’ve used other moving companies in the past who didn’t handle my things with care. Easy Moved Moving and Storage not only handle my belongings with care, but, they stayed in constant communication with me through the whole moving process start to finish. They even called a week after the move to make sure all items were delivered safely and undamaged. I highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond with my moving experience and handled my things as if they were their own.

The name says it all. They made moving my mother a BREEZE and also were the best quote out of 3 local movers. Young men were quick and efficient and stayed on task. (no checking their phones!!) And so nice! My mother felt so comfortable with them. Everything arrived safe and sound, and they worked with us on a second stops to move a refrigerator.

Recently used them for a move and turns out the team of movers stole a dresser that had credit cards and personal information. Yes stupid of me to let them move my sensitive information, but stupid of Easy Moves to send two people with criminal records to move my personal belongings. Turns out they've been using my stolen cards and the card I used for the service!! DO NOT USE Easy Moves. They don't even do proper background checks on their employees. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. This is so bad that I filed a police report.
