I had body damage on both sides of my car and took it to EBG. Once I got the car home I noticed they didn’t have the driver door lined up correctly. It made a loud popping noise when opening and closing it. I had to leave it with them again for this to be fixed correctly. Before I brought it back I noticed on the passenger side door there was still a dent that was rusting. Because the metal was dented the plastic molding did not fit flush. There’s a big gap between the molding and metal frame. First Jason said they misjudged the extent of the damage. He said there’s nothing he could do unless I want to spend a lot more money. When I took it back in he changed his story and said they did it that way because he thought I wanted to save money. But still said they wouldn’t fix it unless I wanted to spend a lot more money. Very disappointed. They did work on both sides of my car and didn’t get either repair correct. Don’t recommend

I've recommended EBG for years knowing the care and pride this family takes in both their work and customers. It was only a matter of time before I needed their services myself. The day finally came and the experience could not have been better. Was everything I'd expect from Bobby, plus some. Friendly, professional, done in an extremely timely manner, and felt he truly went above and beyond. While they were doing one paint touch up - they decided to take care of another small area - which wasn't expected but so very appreciated. They even washed it when they were done. Again, not expected but very appreciated. Feel confident in saying you and your vehicle will be handled with great care and, they'll exceed expectations (or absolutely strive to) at every step. I will continue to HIGHLY recommended EBG. Big THANK YOU to Bobby and the entire EBG family!

EBG did an excellent job with my vehicle. They were highly recommended by Volvo and I am glad we worked with them. They are professional, friendly, and easy to reach for updates. They got the work done in a timely manner and the car looks brand new. They also detailed it which was a plus.

I went to EBG after someone backed into me in a parking lot and had an excellent experience. They repaired the cosmetic damage quickly and even detailed and washed my car. I later had an issue with the wheel related to the accident, and they did all that they could to help figure it out. I had to bring it in multiple times to determine the issue, but each time they were able to get me in quickly (within a day or less) and make repairs. I worked with Jason and he made sure the car was good to go before I got it back. I would use them again!
