So I'm totally satisfied! I received an email two days ago to confirm delivery between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. today. I did this and our bed was delivered at 11:30 a.m. without any problems. The driver only spoke a bit of German and a bit of English, but he was really nice and offered to carry the bed into the apartment. All I can say is: Great! Always my pleasure!

I ordered a box spring bed through OTTO. Delivery time 6-7 days. After 4 days (Friday evening) I received a delivery date for the next day. The bed was delivered on Saturday at 7 p.m. We are definitely satisfied and the driver was also very nice and helpful.

This delivery service doesn't even deserve 1 star. Our couch was scheduled to be delivered, scheduled time from 1 to 5 p.m. The delivery person arrived 30 minutes late and then demanded money to carry it in. That doesn't work at all. No call that he'll be there later. Not recommended

A perfect delivery. I wasn't expecting much after reading various reviews. Delivery should be between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. The driver was super nice, even though he couldn't speak a word of German. He got lost and arrived at 9:30 p.m. But still everything went well. Gladly again at any time
