Amerifreight When i first booked them with AmeriFreight as my broker i was told there was a 99.3% satisfaction rating; i later browsed reviews online and i grew really concerned from the MANY mixed reviews from other sites; i was up until 3am worried sick, i was shipping my beloved (classic) car the next day that i've known for 7 years and owned for 2 from a close friend so naturally i was worried sick about it reaching it's destination in one piece, not to mention i was moving cross country my broker Jorge C. re-assured me he would remain in contact and ensure EZH did the same; and they held up to their word, i also gained confidence when they arrived at my house and i saw their process. My reciever (uncle) notified me that the car got there in one piece, and all my personal belongings (of over 500$) went untouched and in one piece. The car arrived in one piece, and 2 days earlier than expected. Thank you EZH and AmeriFreight for the stress free delivery.

I had a wonderful experience with EZH inc. They shipped my high end exotic vehicle safely, and quickly.. I had my vehicle shipped from california to ohio and they had it to me in 6 days...Not a ding or dent...Martin was a great transporter and kept in contact.. he even met me later at night just so I could have my vehicle in my possesion before morning... Also! Unlike most transport companies.. THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! Keep up the good work guys!!

This is the most unprofessional group I have ever done business with in my last 20 years in the car business. They picked up an BMW from the auction in Riverside CA. for delivery to Nashville TN. This car was given the highest grade rating the auction gives. When it was delivered it had significant damage to the rear of the car including the back deck lid.( $1,459.53) To date, they have done nothing. They asked for CONDITION REPORTS, GATE RELEASE REPORT ALONG WITH A COPY OF THE DAMAGE ESTIMATE. After more than twenty phone calls and 8 months, to Tony and other staff, all promising me that "UZI" the owner will call me. I have heard nothing. After further research, after the fact I have found many others who have been taken buy this company..................... BEWARE!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE! Driver did $1800 worth of damage to our Lexus roof by driving through some trees. Despite notation on the bill of lading, denied any responsibility. These people are not moral or ethical and despite me dealing with it for 10 months nothing has been done. Bad, bad company.

Poor service. EZH, Inc. did $2500 worth of damage to our vehicle. Inspection reports and photos were provided and EZH, Inc. has not made any attempt to do the right thing. EZH, Inc.'s insurance company has denied claim due to EZH driver failing to report accident within 30 days. Even though EZH driver had inspection report given to him at the California port where he delivered the vehicle, so there is no excuse. Horrible experience...do not use this company! Damage $2500 Roof top is caved in with blue paint scraped all along the side appears EZH dropped car ramp on top of our vehicle. Hood has huge gash down to metal in the shape of a large hook.
