wow, so grateful for Professional Eco Cleaning! the process was fantastic from beginning to end. their operations manager Tiffany responded FAST to my request for an estimate via email. quick responses to answer any questions. I requested unscented products - 90% of their products were already unscented, and they made an adjustment for us. they got us in for a deep clean THE NEXT AFTERNOON! Santos & Gricelda cleaned our 1-bdrm apartment. there was trouble finding parking downtown (we all know how hard it is) - they did not hesitate to let us know right away they may be a bit late. they worked extremely fast, much faster and cleaner than if we were to do it on our own. they even found storage spots for large items we had laying around because we couldn't get it to fit anywhere. my partner and I looked at the result and said it felt cleaner than when we first moved here! 10/10 will definitely work with them again in the future!

Had an emergency because the cleaning company I hired cancelled on me last minute. I called every service near me. Professional Eco Cleaning came through! They're pretty booked as well but their ability to communicate with their employees and being organized allowed them to give me something even with their busy schedule. They did a wonderful job and I would hire them again.

I have a small apartment in Oakland and when I reached out to cleaning companies on Yelp to clean it, Professional eco cleaning was the fastest and with the best customer service. The ladies arrived on time and they did a wonderful job, specially in the bathroom. I requested a deep clean including the fridge and freezer. Highly recommended.
