Absolutely terrible communication and scheduling. They can’t narrow down a delivery window other than 24hrs . No kind of updates just excuses why they can’t show up at a reasonable time other than “he might be there by 9 PM but we can’t be sure he’s just got a lot of deliveries so we don’t know“ time management is an adult skill you should probably all learn .

Although they didn't have a greatest docking structure this was a pretty pleasant experience. Especially from the guy who unloaded our truck. He had a smile on his face, he made us laugh, and he was done quick, fast and in a hurry. We were in and out just like that with our live unload. EDC moving systems Thanks for hiring this guy on your team he made our day a lot better 😉

I don’t often do one star reviews but this company earned it. I had an order to be delivered yesterday between 1-5 pm. I waited until 4:45 pm to call them and ask about the delivery, the service agent told me it’s on the way. I waited at home until 7 pm. No delivery came and no call from the driver. Very bad customer service! Now they want to schedule the delivery 12 days later!! Not even heard a word of apology! I ordered from Z Galleria. Won’t order from them anymore either.

5 stars for scheduling and on time delivery. Communication by phone, text was great. The office called the day before to schedule delivery, which was followed a few hours later by an automated phone call and a text message to confirm, then the driver called 20 minutes before coming. 3 stars for not using shoe covering when entering the house. I've had other white glove delivery services that used shoe covering when entering the house. This is not a big issue, but I would prefer the use of shoe covering. The delivery persons were courteous and efficient.

Will completely forget to call you back to schedule your delivery, not show to deliver your items in their window of time. 2 awful experiences with them. Didn't choose them at first, and never would choose them again.
