We hired Eden for a long haul move because they said they didn't outsource long moves. Not only did they outsource, they delivered our belongings a week late and broke nearly every piece of furniture we had. We would have been better off selling everything and buying used furniture when we arrived. We never received anything but lip service in compensation. Dishonest company that cares morning for their customers.

We used this company for an out of state move of over 1000 miles. They said that it would be delivered as soon as possible but up to 30 days. It turned out it was 30 business days and they took that long to deliver our stuff. We were in our new place with only the things we brought in our cars, luckily we had an air mattress. There was very little communication and it was hard to get an ETA for several days. When we got our stuff it was dusty and some of it was damaged—lamp shades crushed, a couple glasses broken, wooden tables scuffed, the flat screen TV was on its side when it had instructions to be up right. Most of our stuff was okay though. I would not use this company again. I would at least wrap things well and except to be a month with out anything.
