Horrible customer service & no follow through. It’s beyond me how these individuals working in “customer service” actually have jobs, or a contract with any company. This “company” had my merchandise for almost a months time; refusing to work with my availability (although I am more available than not). Although difficult.. I’d been patient; only following up to receive a timeline and was treated rudely on more than one occasion by people with disgusting attitude's; especially a female employee. Since when did having too much work become a bad thing? I don’t see how this company is in business. Avoid any and all dealings with this trucking company. Unbelievable that a high end company would choose the bottom of the barrel trucking company as middle men for their deliveries. No Star deserved!

Ist delivery of expensive Duxiana queen bed one if the bed kegs missing. 2nd try could not sync remotes. After adjustable bed frame starting making grinding noise it was replaced. Elwell Left very expensive Duxiana bed unassembled. Said they had not been trained on how to sink dual remotes on adjustable queen bed. Horrible

Your driver is driving CRAZY and ERRATIC on Highway 17 North. Tailgating other drivers on the slow lane then jumping to the fast lane. How is this ok? It's raining. Do they really want to get into an accident?! CA Lic #8G88664.
