Very efficient and great customer service. They genuinely took care of every item and were able to handle even the most cumbersome of furniture. They are quick, yet took the time to make sure everything was wrapped properly to avoid any damage during transportation. Unfortunately, my TV was damaged during the move. They clearly wrapped, padded, and handled with care but accidents happen. The movers filed the damage claim for me and the company got back to me first thing the next business day. The issue was resolved before I even had time to be upset about it. Seriously, I’d never thought I’d recommend a company who damaged an item but I truly believe it was a fluke. All of the staff are very friendly and have your best interests in mind. They have very competitive rates and all of the equipment to handle anything you need to move. No hidden fees or any nonsense. Overall great experience despite a little bump.

Hey guys, I couldn’t be happier. I was initially very stressed…..because moving is just a lot of stress I think. However, the guys that were sent (Joel P. and Jakori R.) were absolutely awesome. They took great care of all my furniture, doing an amazing job with carefully wrapping and covering everything. I had some really big pieces and a couple of huge mirrors with gilded heavy frames. Everything was protected nicely and they did a great job putting everything back at my new home. The Einstein Moving Company absolutely rocked it for me. Very timely, very professional and super friendly. I want to thank you guys so much for making this move a very successful experience for me. Einstein Movers was awesome- especially my movers, Nick and Kelby! They were super communicative leading up to arrival, came in, surveyed what I had and got to work. I was estimated around 4 hours, and they finished in half that time. All my items were handled with care and made it safely to my new home. The whole process was so smooth and I will be recommending them and using them in the future!

These folks get 5 stars, TWICE! Crazy circumstances… had to unexpectedly make TWO MOVES in 5 DAYS... Eisenstein exceeded expectations both times. First crew (Joshua & Elliot) were great… Second crew (Joel & Sam) were even better. Arranging service appointments was simple and straightforward. Communication leading up to and after the moves was excellent. Once they were on site their guys were very professional, personable, efficient, and careful with all our items. Einstein was definitely a bright spot during a very frustrating, stressful week. Well worth what we paid. I’d hire these folks again tomorrow. Definitely a Smart Move.
