Working here is great! Transportation Management/Dispatch staff are professional, communicative, responsive and helpful without micromanaging. Safety is very proactive/helpful with OOS/HOS issues and are very fastidious/professional in their role. Payroll is amazing to work with. Very willing to help with lost paperwork and helpful/responsive with accounting related activity’s. Upper management is receptive to suggestions and feedback from the fleet. Also, they are extremely helpful/empathetic with family related issues when on the road. From a Drivers perspective. Great pay, Fast trucks, long miles and friendly staff.

Gee wear do I start? Have pulled loads for them ,sometimes things have gone ok , but other times not so well, kind like this last load , run a lot of deadhead miles got the load ok like 7 hrs to get loaded, ok comes with being a owner operator, then my truck broke down, really did not want to let them take my equipment and deliver the load ,but it's better for the receiver in the long run. They say ok we will pay you for your part and will update you on it that was 3 days ago still waiting I don't think I will see anything from them

Dont ever deal with them if you value your time. booked a load, completed the carrier packet, agreed on the rate, everything, my truck was able to arrive 2 hours prior to the appointment, then they called me back later and told they found another truck and took me off the load. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I drove for EJ for a short time but was released due to things that was my fault and I own them EJ as far as I am concerned is one of the best companies to drive for I am a owner operator
