My apartment complex recently switched from NYCHA to Fairstead. Along with this switch was apartment renovations, and moving our belongings to a storage. Upon the return of my belongings they destroyed my new living room sets, new mattresses were unusable. My headboard was no longer any good. Also, my queen size mattress was not returned, my DB Method work out machine was not returned. It has been over 3 weeks since the move back, and I still have not been compensated. My children and myself are sleeping in recliner chairs. This is unhealthy for us. A representative from the company came from Ohio, saw everything. I gave her pictures and receipts. Nothing, has been done. I was told the owner was going to contact me, nothing. I am frustrated, don’t know what to do.

I was originally very skeptical about this company. But later felt, I made the right decision. The hired help were just so so professional, and they completed the work much ahead of time. Highly recommend EkoMovers!!

We hired EKO movers to unload 4 containers of furniture and boxes into our new home. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked as a team. The crew was extremely polite and took great care with each item. I would definitely recommend them for your next move. We’ll definitely use them again in the future

My experience started off good working for the company but when lies was brought to my attention about items being stolen from numerous apartments in one of the residences I’ve work at and in result I was not paid for the last week I’ve work and I was not called in to work because of the dude that hired me left and the supervisor that was left didn’t want to allow no one to work that wasn’t on his crew on top of that pay issues

These guys are a joke! They promise quick and professional service. They also tell you they will take beds down and put them back up...they don't put the beds back togethor. They broke a stand see photos below and did not tell us. They would not move lights and wall decorations. As the day got later they got lazier and lazier. Then to top it all off they posted my fiance information on Instagram ( How much we paid, were we moved to and were we moved from) this place is a rip off!!!! We let our Remax agent now how bad this was so hopefully no one else gets taken like we did.
