This was the worst move I’ve ever experienced!!! Not only did they damage my things, the movers kept some of my items.I called them less than 5 minutes after they left and of course they didn’t answer. They piled everything up in my living room and didn’t set anything up. I paid them 1500.00 to move me from Beaumont Tx to Pasadena Tx. A 2 bedroom apartment. I don’t have a problem paying, what I do have a problem with is them damaging and stealing my belongings and the company not compensating me. I called the company the next morning to informed them of what had taken place. They were supposed to be taking care of it and I’m still waiting. Here are a few pictures of the damages.

Eric , James and marquis were very professional in moving our furniture out of our storage unit and didn’t even complain when we surprised them after they were done with a request to visit our second storage unit 18 miles away to pick up more furniture and then deliver to our new house. They did an incredible job unloading everything into our new house. Eric is very personable and a joy to work with. We will be using them again in a couple of weeks to finish completely unloading that second storage unit. They did a great job and made the move very comfortable for us.

I would never use this company to do your move. I would give them 0 star if that was an option. 1. They do not show up on time 2. We paid them to pack and move, they showed up with no packing supplies and lies to us that we didn't pay for packing even though its on the moving document 3. we gave them 1 week window to do our packing and moving, they showed up on the last day of the window and didn't complete the task on time. 4. when complained about being done, their boss instead yells at us. 5. 80% of our items were damaged and some boxes were missing, which we never found. 6. they damaged the wood in my brand new build home, when i showed it to them they said this wasn't use, it must already be there. they refuse to accept their mistakes. 7. furniture wasn't wrapped and was damaged 8. they didn't even know how to put back the furniture they took apart. if you are looking for a stressful move, than go ahead and hire them. I have done multiple state to state moves and this was the worst experience ever. Spare yourself the stress and pay extra $1000 and hire a different company.

I highly recommend EkoMovers for a stress free moving experience. Everyone was professional and communicative from the first call to moving day. Masks were worn correctly the entire time. They moved quickly, but carefully. I can’t imagine trusting any other company after such a wonderful experience. Thank you Tracy for walking me through the process. Eric, Tony and Johnny deserve a raise they are amazing movers!

Although I was supposed to get three movers. I end up only giving two. But these two guys were excellent. With them letting me know when they there time frame and when they we’re on their way was very professional and respectful. They even allowed me to make an extra stop while we were in route to my new place. They worked started to finish even with it being so hot outside and having to carry items up three flights of stairs. I would most definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you so much
