This has been the worst shipping company ever. I would not suggest it to my worst enemy. At the end of the day they just drown you in words and don't stand behind their promise. "15-21 days delivery" don't believe them. It's been nearly a month and my package isn't delivered.I shipped by luggage and sweet 15 decor, dress in advance to a scheduled trip. Basically all my clothing for my trip are lost in transit as I won't be in town by the time that they are going to try to deliver it to me. My god-daughters sweet 15 scheduled for this Saturday which her dress is in the box isn't here had to spend over 500 dollars just to purchase a new dress outside the US due to their negligence. By the way the customer service is horrible they respond rudely by saying well what do you want me to do? Go across the Atlantic ocean and retrieve it from the boat, besides hanging up. Thanks but no thanks they lost a loyal client for life and will not suggest or recommend them to anyone.

Not happy, never sending anything with them again. Delayed over a month, never have an answer when asked what's going on with my package, keep giving different excuses. Package was sent in the middle of November and still has'nt been delivered. They keep saying its not their fault that is the people in the DR like if they are not the same business. DR office never answer the telephone. Same happened with my sister and my friend's package.

I had an appointment since a week before for my boxes of food to be pick up early morning., The pick up guy never arrived, I called the office and the lady there only says: ok I'll call the pick up guy., I did not went to work waiting on this pick up. We will never use this company, They should be more responsible with their timing and customers.

horrible services. i have 2 food containers that left my home July 11th which contain food to make my sons dream come thru and help those in need specially now with covid19 hitting my country so hard. i had to reschedule me and all 3 of my boys trips 2x because every Tuesday, Wed and Thursday our donation boxes will arrive. August 27th we was told our containers we're in route now the phone is busy all day Friday and all day Saturday. THE WORST OF THE WORST HOPEFULLY WE CAN RECEIVED IT WITHING THE NEXT 3 DAYS OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE LOST

Worst service ever, being losing items form my last 2 boxes. 1st box arrived with more than half of my food destroyed and missing. Only received $30 off shipping cost. 2nd box 10 new bra I got for myself from Jc penny all gone 8 bra new bras I got from wish site all, gone, 1 pair of leather shoe , used only once gone, 4 work out tops, all gone. After me and my husband called to called to complain. No one ever called back. Finally yesterday a new worker who just came from DR to work there, not only argue with me, she said, perhaps my husband took my stuff and sold them, than told me it was missing from the box. I always send a list and at times have shipped stuff to my husband to DR from NJ and didn’t go home for months, and my personal stuff would be there. However since using this company, I had many problems . Need to find another company.
