Moved with EDC and asked them specifically to ensure my 65 inch TV was not damaged in any way. It arrived completely ruined (cracked screen, despite carefully packed in original box). Agent (very hard to get ahold of throughout the whole process) said to fill out a claim form and just hung up. What a horrible experience - don't use this company unless you want the same thing to happen to your stuff! Update after response: Your office confirmed I will only receive $27 for the TV, as this is the 60 cents per pound rate. It's not worth submitting a claim for this. I don't think you're understanding the situation: when I buy breakfast for the crew and explain they can literally break everything else, just make sure the TV is safe, and then the TV is completely ruined (and your staff is rude about it), that is a legit 1 star experience, as it would be for anyone.

I purchased kitchen cabinets from a big box home improvement center that uses EDC to deliver them. They were delivered yesterday and Kiera has kept me informed about the delivery window and expectations throughout the process. Yesterday the driver also communicated both via text and calls. Every time there's communication it has been professional, well-informed and efficient. My hats off to EDC for their customer service and attention to detail! Nice job Kiera. The quality of your work is commendable.

Link provided on Google Maps page doesn't work. I gave them a call at 4:35 PM to get a few pricing questions answered & automated system said I had reached them after business hours (they close at 5 PM)or they were on the phone. No option to hold for next available agent. Terribly inefficient. Not going to trust them w/ a move if it's this difficult to obtain customer service before I've given them a contract.

They did a wonderful job! We had some very heavy items (1200#) and they made it look easy. They were very careful about not damaging my floors, walls, and doors. Showed up on time and finished quickly. I highly recommend them if you have anything to move.

EDC handled my relocation and they were amazing. The crew was fantastic and they took great care of my belongings. They showed up on time and you can tell they love doing their job. My coordinator Stephanie was awesome as well and kept me informed every step of the way. I will be using them if I ever have to move again. Great Job EDC!!!!
