Just had a fantastic in-town moving experience with Elite Movers. From their scheduling to their actual performance on the day it was such a smooth experience and reasonably priced. They took such care to wrap and protect delicate items please see photos attached. They were friendly and hardworking from the moment they called to tell me they were on their way to the moment they closed the doors of the moving truck and pulled away. Please know if you use this company, have an accurate accounting of your items, especially delicate ones so they can be prepared and bring an appropriate amount of blankets and shrink wrap. Also, try to reasonably estimate how many boxes you have, I found telling their coordinator the box dimension sizes to be helpful. Ultimately would highly recommend this group they were professional, and I was very pleased with their services.

Save your money and look somewhere else because this place is a scam. Not only are they going to lose and damage your property and not compensate you for it, but also claim during the quote that they only have 3 man crews yet somehow the long lost 2 man crew arrived at my doorstep to deliver the destroyed tv and desk. Before any of this even happened, the crew took an extra 20 minutes to arrive because they got the wrong address (you are charged based on the time they left the warehouse until when they return). When I got redirected on the phone to who they called "ops", Marquis answered. When I explained the situation, he offered to retract the time wasted. When I explained the broken furniture, he wanted us to submit to this shady third-party claims website known to scam people out of receiving full compensation for damaged property. When I explained the two-man crew situation, all he could offer me was this out-of-this-world, crazy reduced rate of $5 off the original rate. Hard to believe one man's labor is worth $5. In his words (and attitude), it was all he could offer me after already giving me a "discounted price". The discounted price being the 20 minutes worth of my money wasted on rerouting to the correct address that should have never happened in the first place. Honestly, I'm ashamed of not taking a closer look at the negative reviews under this moving company because many others shared similar experiences to mine. Not only that, but the 4.5 star rating is likely fabricated given a reviewer even claimed they threatened to only compensate them if they left a good review.

Absolutely great experience! They were on time & worked diligently to get the job done. Professional & took great care of our belongings. We have utilized other movers in the past but Elite surpasses them all. Kudos to Elite!

We had an awesome experience with Elite Movers and I cannot recommend them enough! My daughter and her roommate are students at FSU. They were moving into a new apartment and we took advantage of their summer move/storage plan. It was worth every penny and eliminated the need for me to fly out to help move/store my daughters belongings. I scheduled pick up of their boxes and was given a two hour time frame. The movers arrived on time and picked up their boxes to store for the entire summer. We scheduled redelivery to their new apartment and they were right on time again! Seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend Elite Movers especially for students looking to move/store their items for the summer.

Elite Movers were excellent from start to finish. They were very professional and every member of the team was courteous and friendly from office to movers. The gentlemen on my moving team were highly proficient and skilled at every phase of the move, even finishing quicker than the original estimated time. It was a pleasure to work with them! I can’t recommend them enough!
