I worked for Elite for 2 years and the fact is management decided to part ways after saying how great a job I did out of the blue. Was very disappointed and now going to work for new company. If you have any type of grievance with a coworker that has worked longer even if you go out of your way. The boss will fire you without a reason. To satisfy his other employee. Also never sent a cobra medical package and canceled my health insurance 2 days after getting rid of me. Company is over rated and their trucks don't have working air conditioning and employees are pushed even in the worst conditions with fualty or damaged equipment on a regular basis. They keep the trucks registered in Ohio so they don't have to be inspected and corporate office is in PA.
