I was extremely happy with Fred of Elite Towing. After a difficult night and morning being on the app and phone with my roadside assistance service (All State), Elite Towing was scheduled. Fred called me before the tow to find out what the problem was. My insurance disappointed me in not getting the help I needed and not communicating well with the Fred, the tow driver. Fred called my number and reassured me he was on his way to tow my 3500 Silverado to a recommended mechanic. About a half hour later, Fred called back to inform me that my request for a tow had been canceled by roadside assistance; he wanted to make sure I had canceled?!?! In panic mode, I told him that I had not canceled!!! Fred arrived! Where my vehicle was parked was not easy to hook to, but with his chains and flatbed, my rescue was complete. Thank you Fred, the man of the day!!! Consequently, I canceled Allstate Roadside Assistance.
