I own a small trucking business and we ran a load for Elite in August of 2023, I have not been paid, they sent emails saying my invoice was in que to be paid, in which I never received, now the phone is off and no other communication from them. Highly pissed.!!

Trash! It's unfortunate Google forces you to give at least 1 star when reviewing. No payment on load from May. Operations will answer right away so they can book open loads but accounting is nowhere to be found. They have 3 automated email responses saying "your email has been escalated and will be paid as soon as possible." This has been the same for months. As owner operators, we spend the money up front to run a load for a broker. It's already ridiculous that their policy is 45 days on repayment but here we are going on 8 months with no payment. DO NOT BOOK A LOAD WITH ELITE TRANSIT!!!! Even if it's the last one left on the load board, cut your loses and go home empty. You will not be paid anyway so why depreciate your truck with weight for free? Hope this helps future companies from this nightmare. If you book a load with them after all these warnings; SHAME ON YOU!!!

I hauled the load for Elite over 3 months ago. My invoice has been over 90 days old and still has not been paid. Almost no communication from accounts payable or anyone for that matter. They responded 3 weeks ago saying my check was going to be cut 3 weeks ago and mailed out. They never did that. I advise trucking companies to avoid pulling their loads since most likely they will not get paid. I am about to file against their surety bond since I have no choice left.

NO stars! We hauled a load from Elite 6 months ago and have not received payment. They will no longer answer our calls or emails. Don't waste your effort hauling for them. No way would I ever recommend this company

Would give 0 stars if possible. Two invoices billed on 07/05 and they still have not paid them. Set our accounting and factoring company on a wild goose chase, constantly lying they're paying carriers every Friday. Got the email from their VP Michael St Julien, he advised they are getting a "cash infusion", that was 5 days ago and he dipped. No reply from him, their billing department goes straight to the VM. I strongly advise nobody works with them since it's going to be a lot of time spent when it comes to getting your money.
