I worked for Elliott-transport systems witch is owned by carriage management. I would say DRIVER BEWARE. Don't work for this company. They tell you lie after lie. I had a total of 8 years with Elliott-transport the last 3 have been nothing but a nightmare. For most of the time I was a lease operator with them. Left in June of 23 went back in January of 24 as a company driver lasted one month and had to move on. No miles. Then they took money out of my checks and has of today they took my last check. 800.00 dollars. The place is not worth it never thought they would be such a mistake. I feel sorry for anyone that even considers working for them.

Don't go there 6.5 month after I turned in my walk away lease I got a letter from a collection agency for $10700.00. one of the Bill's they sent in was e crooks be wherefor around $5200.00 for tires that they bought 3 months after I quit, they also had a company driver in it before they bought them. 2 of there owner operators saw my truck running down the the road with someone in it. of course they deny it. Beware of this company.. I'll have the contract, now they have change the contract people.

This company flat out lies ! All thought yes I made money, and done what I needed to do for the most part. Everything was fine until I decided to turn in my trk. I gave notice as specified in contract and owed them nothing and they took me for about 3 grand give or take. So know I don't recommend this company !

Worst place to work for or to do business with! Unprofessional and unstable' getting drivers stuck at random locations and not being able to find loads. Stealing from their paychecks' and charging for repairs that the warranty paid for. People Be careful and contact your trucks warranty ' volvo ' kenworth - just give them your truck info and they will tell you all they paid for and even fax or email. Jim elliot has been stealing from his drivers for years! Its time to put an end to this ! They probably owe you thousands!

Alot of these reviews are from when Jim Elliott owed the company. It's owned by carriage management. They are no different than any other company. I never hear a no when I need my truck serviced
