On time! Careful and quick! They came in surveyed the space and had everything loaded up in no time! This was a state to state move as well. Anything that needed to be disassembled was done carefully and put back together. Best moving experience I've ever had and I have moved quite a bit. 5 stars and their rates beats anyone else. Extremely fair and reasonable! Book them if you need a good moving experience!

Never use this moving company. The movers walked off the job in the middle of the move. I had to negotiate with the company and pay more money to get them to unload my things. They bent, chipped and broke all of my furniture. Left me with no screws and mid beams for my beds which I had to replace. And they ignored my complaints and told me two months later they were not going to do anything about the issues they caused.

So far, my experience with Elvis Dirt Cheap Moving has been positive. They have been super accommodating with changes in dates, knew exactly where we were moving to, and put me at ease with their knowledge of what needed to happen. My move isn't until the end of May, but I'm confident that the day will run smoothly.

Christine has amazing customer service, was incredibly polite and gave me a bunch of tips on what to prepare for. The price was lower than other services by about $100 (my total was about $500 for a local move w/ 3hr minimum included. I saved on mileage because my starting point is within 30 minutes of their office). They sent 4 movers who disassembled and reassembled my furniture. They were very kind, in good spirits, and took great care of my things. I can't recommend this service enough.

I am surprised at the negative comments, because my experience with EDCM LLC was nothing short of amazing. The Receptionists, the Owner and the Movers were all so professional. I used them to load a pod as I sold my home, then used them to unload my pod IN A DIFFERENT STATE as I purchased another home and both times they were ON TIME, courteous and professional. The movers were very respectful of my furniture and boxes. They were quick, did not destroy anything and were friendly to my very curious and in the way 3 year old son. I am selling another home and will use them again. Oh yeah and both times they were done EARLIER than the 2 hours I thought I needed. The prices were reasonable...there was an issue with payment and THE OWNER CAME TO MY HOME AND HANDED ME MY REFUND, how many other companies do you meet the owner and they hand deliver your refund with a sincere apology?? If you choose the other guys and overpay then that's on you, cause I'm telling you to call them, use them, it's worth it. I will continue to.
