My family has been using Miriam Envios since they opened. I started sending boxes with them since 2018. They have never lost anything. The boxes arrive in good condition and nothing is missing. This is one of the main reasons I keep using their services. Some of the complaints about bad customer service were true a few years ago. These days the service is a lot better, and the delivery time has improved as well. My cousin tried another agency and she ended paying more and it took longer than promised for an air shipment. So, I highly recommend Miriam Envios for shipping to Honduras.

Disappointed in the service they provide... more than 2 months for them to deliver a box we sent. On top of that, my mother had to go pick her up in San Pedro Sula. The people who work in Honduras provide very poor customer service. The box opened and they lost things I sent. I will never send things with them again. Besides, they are not responsible for the things you send. Very bad service. They leave a lot to be desired in terms of credibility.😠🙁
