I came to pick up a load, I was about 3 hours early, with only 4 hours left on my clock for the day. No clear signs posted on what to do or where to go. I parked outside the gate as sign said but wasn't sure where to go. I walked inside gate went to door on the left go inside and you'll see shipping signs then. Their location seems to be busy, but not much extra space. They said long as I could find a place out the way I could wait until I could get loaded. Everyone was considerate, and seem reasonable, for the most part. I was able to get loaded and get my 10-hour break with a nap in between so it worked out. Thanks yall. God bless.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. ECM/WERNER don't give a damn about their drivers. After short or no work days for the last year, they closed the yard I worked out of with no warning and terminated all of us after they begged us to stay. Couldn't even tell us if our insurance was gonna be good for the next month, or if we were getting our last checks. They don't care about you!!! Equipment is junk unless you're lucky enough to get a new truck. Then they don't maintain it!! Run, don't walk away from these people!!

I drive my child to school in Ashtabula OH every morning. The number of times that we have narrowly avoided serious crashes caused by careless and/or entitled truckers is appalling. This morning it was E2384, icc mc 209658, us dot 317494, plcb-1a3531 pulling trailer 23ds299893, plate pc32127 Indiana. This person is not qualified to safely operate a truck. Fire them.

Run from these people, they were delivering a car to me and for some reason, decided to start charging me some kind of tax for every state they came through, I told the agent I didn't think it was legal, but they wouldn't let me have my car I bought, so basically they stole my car. STAY AWAY !!!!

Driver came to our warehouse and threatened to assault one of our warehouse workers because we do not have a restroom for outside drivers. Had to call the police. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at ECM transport to file a formal complaint. If i could give this company no stars I would.
