I purchased a Roadrunner Pro from VoroMotors. It came in a nicely packed box completely sealed with no visible damage. I LOVE this scooter. It is fast and made well. I had a few issues with accessories and their customer service staff(mainly Maila Rey) took absolutely great care of me. She was attentive and very responsive to my issues and she went out of her way to rectify. She is the best. Thanks VoroMotors for a great product and a fabulous customer service staff. Vince!

I recently purchased the EMOVE RoadRunner V2 e-scooter from Voro Motors, and my experience was exceptional. Marcelo Murillo, our sales representative, did a wonderful job explaining the product and ensuring I was well-informed about all its features and benefits. His thorough and patient approach made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. The timing couldn't have been better, as I received the e-scooter just in time for my one-week trip to Yosemite. The EMOVE RoadRunner V2 proved to be incredibly useful and fun, enhancing our adventure in ways we hadn't anticipated. It provided reliable transportation, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings effortlessly. Additionally, I dropped off my Kaabo Mantis Pro SE for repair at Voro Motors, and I was impressed with the speedy turnaround. I did a fair amount of online research both Google and YouTube. I wanted a scooter to be my “Pit Scooter” that would fit in my C7 Corvette. The eMove Touring folded to on of the smallest dimensions, was reasonably light but feels strong. It fits my Corvette well! It also has front and rear suspension, does 22 mph + and will give me 20-30 miles on a full charge. I believe it’s the best scooter for the cost and it totally fits my needs. With that purple color I chose I also stand out 😜

My shopping experience was very good. I purchased my scooter, and ended up changing my mind before it was shipped. I emailed Joey about changing scooters, and received a timely response. I was happily accommodated, and received my scooter in good condition. everything was packaged appropriately, and almost a month later, I've experienced no issues with my purchase. Thanks Voro Motors! 🤝

Google wont let me post all the failed attempts for voro to deliver. $4100 Wolf King GTR came with bad steering otherwise perfect. I sent it back with their graciousness for free to fix. It was returned 2 months later as in the pics. Looks like this is a common theme with Voro Motors if you see the review before mine of a damaged GTR. They have told me they will send the plastic controllers for ME to replace but no mention of the bent frame?? I have requested a refund on a vehicle I have never ridden and got no response. ******As of 2/28 I have been in contact with Melvin and we are working on a solution. Voro has acknowledged damages and they are even considering a local affiliate to help me. I still dont have the finished product but I am pleased with the effort. Two months later I have a more damaged scooter than before and only solution is to fix it myself. As of 4/1 I have a functional scooter that is impressive. All damaged parts were sent new to me. Not a perfect situation and fortunately I have motorcycle repair skills. Ideally these should come by freight and not UPS. VORO’s team was very supportive throughout this however I cant give the best rating because I dont have exactly what I paid for. Update 4/15-scooter is fast and functional except there is a nois from the front brakes during left turns. As I am on the east coast and they aren’t there have been issues from day 1. I wouldn’t recommend them but they have the market on Kaboo scooters and they know it.
