Tyran and the rest of the staff at EnRoute have provide excellent care for my father. My mother in law recently had a stroke and is living in long term care now. She needs to be transported by a service. We have had the same driver a few times now. His name is David. I can’t say enough kind words about him! David is patient, kind, caring , funny, and compassionate!!! As a family who has never had to use this type of service, I have to say we were nervous to begin… BUT having David I can’t begin to tell you what a relief it is to see him pull up as her driver. My brother is handicapped and had an appointment with his surgeon. Had a hard time finding transportation. Found En Route and I couldn't have been more satisfied. The owner was so pleasant and the two who took us Gail and Ty were so nice, professional and helpful. Would recommend them to everyone and they were very reasonable.compared to others I checked.

When I called to schedule a trip to the Doctor. They were not sure they could do the transport on short notice. The owner said he would call me back either way once appointments for the next day were confirmed. He called me back later to say that they would be available. He was very professional and provided a breakdown of every charge(I never had a transport company do that) . On the day of the transport they were at my house early. The driver was very friendly and professional. Safety was his utmost concern. I will definitely be using them again.

It was easy to place my reservation. They worked closely and professionally with my surgical center regarding my departure time. My pre-op nurse actually said it was the most professionally run medical transport service she'd ever worked with. I got home safely. Nothing more I could ask for.
