I cannot believe the experience I just had with them. After 2 months I waited for my furniture, they scheduled for delivery today. They came for delivery and simply left with no delivery and notice since they could not park their BIG TRUCK for our small furniture. They simply lied they are looking for parking. Blocked our calls and no response yet.

This company was hired by Costco (via NLI) to deliver and assemble a 5 piece bedroom set. The drivers / workers rushed the setup process, made a very large mess (which they did not clean up) and incorrectly assembled the furniture, ruining it in the process hy making holes where there should be none. They attempted to blame the manufacturer for "missing hardware" which I promptly found strewn about the floor in plain sight. When challenged, they continued to defer blame, acting in an unprofessional manner and leaving me to deal with the issue. I had to have Costco ship a brand new set as the damage was so pervasive that the items could not be salvaged. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible service. Used by Costco to deliver a couch, was over a month when quoted 1-2 weeks. Unprofessional on the phone and no showed a delivery. Absolutely awful company.
