I feel scammed. First off they made us wait two hours because they kept getting confused and thought we were a different call and went to the wrong place. They barely even tried to jumpstart the car (just briefly tried once with one of those tiny small booster batteries for my big x5), declared "failed jump-start". Then the guy said he "had to go" because there's "been an accident" and demanded I pay R750. For what? They did almost nothing. I said I needed a jumpstart and 'maybe a tow if the jumpstart fails' They didn't even have jumper cables! I called them to try jump-start the car and they don't even have jumper cables!? All he had was a tiny booster battery, tried for a few seconds off that, that predictably didn't work and then he tried to charge me just for that. When I asked him to try jump-start with my cables he moaned about it, tried for only a few minutes only, then declared "failed jump-start" (even though the car seemed like it was almost about to start from the jumpers, he just left us stranded) and demanded R750 and drove off. Money for nothing! These guys have it good charging money for nothing. Then the guy said if I needed a tow I'd have to call out a whole new truck (which would be a whole new call-out) if I actually wanted a tow - kaching kaching - these guys are scamming and milking. This was after making us wait 2 hours in cold rain because they kept making mistakes and getting us confused with another call, went to the place, and the guy on the phone was very rude when I tried to explain they kept making mistakes. They made no effort to get the car started. I have used other towing services in the past for similar issues that were far better.

Sean is unprofessional, disrespectful, made rude inappropriate sexual comments and smelled of alcohol. Overall a horrible experience to have dealt with him.

Your drivers are terrible. One just pulled in in front of me, towing a vechile. Very dangerous! Had to stop behind him.
