They are thieves, if you want to send make sure you close your box properly, or they will take things from you, and their insurance is only their word to take money from you, they do not have insurance. Look for a better option even if you are from Oaxaca.

Very bad service. They sent me Tortilla from Mexico and that's how they delivered them to me. With everything going on with the pandemic and the employees couldn't put a bag on it? Don't take responsibility for anything. I have used their services for a few years now and more than 3 times something happens with my packages. I already learned that I will never use the services of this business.

Very BAD SERVICE, don't send your things They tell them that they deliver at home, they charge for that and then they tell them that their family member has to pick it up at a parcel service, one of them has to fight for them to deliver it and to finish they will open the box and take out the things, their package arrives incomplete, almost 2 months to arrive. Let them deliver it đź‘Ž very bad experience.
