I am creeping up on my 1 year anniversary working for this epic team. Without a doubt I can say this is one of the best companies/team I have ever worked for. Jadi is a prime example of what being compassionate and hardworking as a manager. I have had a few family health scares and car troubles that I’d text Jadi about, could’ve been at 10pm one night or 8 am on a day she doesn’t work. She helped make a breeze to figure out getting the time off to visit NC. She is always putting the thought of everyone else first before she makes her next step! Thank you Jadi for all the hard work you do for this team!! You do not go unnoticed or unappreciated!

JADI!! The Dispatch LEADER without question takes time from her duties to help apply knowledge to others. On the road and off. Issues with a route? Call Jadi. Scheduling issues, call Jadi. No question is a dumb one with her. "Only a Window for Growth" as she says. I've work for many companies, courier as well as non. Asked many questions throughout that time, but never received the willingness and patience to help others like I have from Jadi. I'm flabbergasted by her direct response to my issues. Trevor found a Great Leader for the Epic team! Thank You Jadi-🫡

I have worked many jobs and this was the best one I’ve ever had. The owner Trevor and all the managers are all friendly, respectful, and supportive of everyone. All the drivers at Epic are really good people so it’s fairly easy to make friends with everyone working there. If you can work at a fast pace, remain organized, follow the rules of the road and be quick on your feet you will have no problem here. If you can do those things and maintain good attendance there is options for moving up in the company. My only regret about working for Epic is that I didn’t find this job sooner!

Epic was a great company to work for. It’s definitely hard work at times. The health benefits are great and the performance bonuses are easy to accomplish. Management is very good about accommodating requested days off as they are really flexible. Shout out to Jordan for staying involved with her employees and showing consistency and empathy with each individual. it’s clear she’s worked her way up from the bottom and can relate to every challenge that comes with being on the road and can help guide you to succeed on every route. They give you water and snacks before you leave! Most of my routes were the same so over time it seemingly became a breeze to get through. Prepare to work in the weather (heat, rain, wind etc..) if weather or other challenges slows your pace down and you communicate it with the support team, 10/10 times your team will come through to support you and make sure you get back safely and timely. I did notice that a lot of people here worked through their breaks to meet the time standards for Amazon and the only thing I can give legit advise on is TAKE YOUR BREAKS. It isn’t worth burning out or going hungry over a few stops. Overall, I enjoyed working with Epic.
