Don’t ship through this company! If you order through a vendor like home depot make sure they don’t go through this company! Our delivery has been at there facility one town over for the 2 weeks now with absolutely no communication! Every time I call the vendor they are told another delivery date. I have had to pay employees to be present at an empty office because we’re told the delivery would happen that day and then nothing over and over again! Our business is unable to open its doors because this company has our office furniture locked in the facility in the town next to us and they won’t even allow us to come get it directly from them! DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS! I’m losing money daily because of this “shipping company” that won’t ship! I should have gone through Amazon!

The worst shipping experience I had in US. I was supposed to receive a package more than one week ago. I needed to be home and they had to set an appointment with me. Without calling me they just set a date for delivery and I had to go call them that I am not at home that day. Without even calling me or contacting me. Then I saw in their website the status has changed to our for delivery. It has been on out for delivery for more than 1 week now. Then I contacted them more than 5 times asking the same questions and giving the same tracking number. Every time, they mentioned we work with third party and they do not respond currently. But your package is on its way. So I stayed home from 9 am to 3 pm and called them 5 more times. They just keep telling me that your package is on its way. Now, they are suggesting that I can reach out to third party company myself on Monday. This does not make any sense. The worst shipping experience. In addition, the package is about 150 lbs and I live at 4th floor and we have an elevator. They are saying we just do crubside and to bring it up (that is just to put it in elevator and deliver it to my door similar to every other delivery) they should charge me another $260. Worst ever. I hope this never happens to anybody else. Please do not work with this company. Also, on top of all of these, the third party team was really really rude and irresponsible. I also was put on hold for more than 20 - 30 minutes for them to just check what is going on with my package !! I am still on the line waiting for them to respond. This is really ridiculous.

These folks are the best- they're easy to deal with & ready to help. With dismay we discovered that a large shed we'd been awaiting delivery on had actually been sitting at Home Depot in San Jose for the past 10 days. It was frustrating because we consequently lost our helper (to put it up before rain comes) to another job. Estes found out about Home Depot's error and squeezed us in: less than 24 hours later, they had picked it up and delivered it to us. This wasn't easy - we live off a very windy road in a rural area in the Santa Cruz mountains, but they rallied beforehand by lining up a smaller truck to handle the job. Their driver Jose was great, super friendly & a pro. Hats off though to Jasmine in the office, who so kindly set up this stat delivery for us. If you EVER need anything moved or delivered, just call her. They're careful, conscientious & they know what they're doing. Plus, they're super pleasant. I usually don't get around to leaving reviews but this time it's a must. Fast & friendly: it just doesn't get any better than this.

They delivered our furniture during the time range they stated they would. Tracking the shipment was a little tricky. First it said it would arrive on the 19th, then 20th, then 21st and eventually it arrived on the 19th, but that was to the warehouse. Then I had to reach out to them to schedule a delivery, but first the furniture had to be transferred to their home delivery branch. The nice thing was when I did eventually connect with the home delivery team, they let me know it was being prepared for a delivery the next day and the delivery time was provided. One of the boxes had damage, but it looks like it didn’t affect the merchandise.

The wood floor was just put in front of the door and blocked the way. It’s raining outside and they refused to move it to the living room or even to the patio. The customer service, or whoever he is, speaks rudely like a boss, refuses to provide a solution. When I ask to try to lift the wood to see whether I can move it in by myself, the “boss” refuses to give me 5 minutes to try and forces the worker to leave immediately. Never ever will use this company once more!
