Update: Reached out to the customer care line they posted in response to this review, haven't heard anything, not even a confirmation that they received my message, in over a week. TL;DR - Check your receipt for wrong charges, use this company if you want your things moved quickly but not super carefully. The movers that showed up to help me were friendly and fast. Not super careful, as they damaged the wall and railing on the stairs of the place I was moving out of. I didn't sweat it because I was coming back to do a spackle, sand, and paint pass to repair all the picture hanging holes from when I lived there. Down side is there's paint on some of my stuff as it was transferred from the walls and railing to my belongings. The metal legs on an entertainment center were bent as they put all the weight on those two legs as they moved it off the dolly. I bent them back as best I could. At the end of the move the movers were standing around trying to get ahold of their boss so I could pay them the final amount. I confirmed with them that the clock had stopped so I wasn't getting charged. Logan (the boss) finally gets on the phone, and I requested an invoice, or summation of the charges to review and make sure I'm paying the correct amount, as I provided my own moving materials and worked very hard to streamline the move. He tells me that he CAN'T generate an itemized bill until I pay him (an obvious lie), but I consider how well rated the company is and just pay him. I later check the receipt and find I was charged for extra time, and packing materials I didn't use. After being told Logan would get back to me a few times when calling the office, he finally calls me back. I explain the discrepancy in the charge, and at first he's confused. It seems the system "automatically" added the materials charge for $80.00 (his words). Slightly concerning that they are automatically charging me for things I didn't use, but ok. He then proceeds to argue that the time the truck left is the time they go by, nevermind that the guys explicitly told me they were waiting on him to take payment so that they can leave. After some polite but firm insistence he agrees to remove all the extra charges. Not my best moving company experience, but certainly not my worst.

This was my first time using a moving company to move and I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, efficiency, and generally outstanding customer service of All My Sons. I had the pleasure of working with Ryan, Hayden, and Michael for a short-distance move across town, but both from and to locations had only stairs as the method of access (3 flights and 1 flight respectively) and the move occurred in the heat of summer. These three gentleman arrived on-time, were very communicative before, during, and after the move, and handled all of my requests in a satisfactory manner. I was feeling a lot of stress and anxiety about the move, but working with All My Sons and these guys literally melted all of my concerns away.

Kelsey, Howard and Rycher handled our move today, and we could not have been happier with their service. They were punctual, personable, and polite! They took great care to wrap and protect all of our electronics and handled our furniture with exceptional care as well. We would definitely use All My Sons again and would highly recommend them to others!

If you are looking for a mover, you can stop searching now. All My Son's Moving and Storage handled my move from a rehab facility in Auburn to an assisted living facility in Kent. I had very limited time to finalize my move and Eric at All My Son's was so patient and understanding even when I encountered problem after problem. I was finally able to book the move on very short notice. I talked to Eric so many times we became friends and he recognized my voice before I even said my name!!! In any event, despite the short notice, my move was handed efficiently and with care. The movers were courteous and handled everything with care. Eric and everyone else I dealt with provided first rate customer service and made what was, for me, an extremely stressful experience. I am 76 years old and disabled and the professionalism shown by the staff at All My Son's is rare in today's world. I would give All My Son's 10 stars if I could!!! (P.S. "Hi Eric!!!...HA HA!!!)

My crew of Ryan, Tanner, and Bishop were legit. Made the process easy and quick. Manage to do it faster than I was quoted and ended paying less. Highly recommend these boys. They moved my 800lb safe like nothing.
