Horrible service they paint a picture in order to get your business and then when you ask why they tell and promise you something and do another they sound like robots and just repeat you can pay us this way and don’t take accountability for the false promises and for messing up the schedule you set around the time they give you also the first day didn’t get the boxes and the second one made me go and wait 2 and half hours for them when they were supposedly 30 mins from me then gave me some bs excuse about traffic but I came from where they were and there was no traffic. Use a different company if you can don’t recommend it.

We have used this company 3 times; November, 2019 and twice in 2020 (and will be using again May, 2022), shipping from Delaware to Dominican Republic. Most of the reviews about professionalism is pretty on point. I'm sure they are super busy and have so many calls coming in and out every day. But no matter how tired, busy or anything else you are, a company should always maintain professionalism. Especially when it's the first person you come in contact with from a company. (This is why they almost got 3 stars) I've always noticed the D.R. office and staff to be a little "chaotic". I was once given a phone number, they told me it was the office, but it actually was the personal number of the secretary 🤦🏽‍♀️ I apologized so much, but no one knew what number to call. However, every time we have used this company, we've always received our stuff. It has arrived right around 18 to 20 days after pick up. All items arrived, nothing missing or broken.

FYI, multiple items were taken from the two containers that were shipped to R.D. Once, I reported the stolen items to them, they blamed R.D. Immigration. Then, they told me that they are not responsible or liable to what happens to the containers during the shipping process. Additionally, when I called to find a solution to my stolen items, they told me that there was no solution and that someone would get in contact with me. When I questioned them about who would call me, I was called stupid, and deaf because I didn’t understand, “that someone would call me”. Three weeks later and yet no phone call from the company or this mysterious person. Honestly, spend your hard earned money somewhere else. When a company’s employees treat a person without respect or common decency, how do you expect them to treat your belongs with the respect? You have a better chance of sending your containers and items with another company.
