After having a very disappointing and upsetting experience purchasing an expensive yet poorly constructed sectional at another high end furniture retailer, our family was hesitant to once again purchase new furniture. However, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Ethan Allen at Westgate. My mom and I first met Pia in early July. She was not only warm and friendly but also incredibly knowledgable. She listened intently while I explained just what my family was looking for and showed us several viable options and fabric selections. During the entire daunting process of selecting our new sectional, Pia was very patient and answered our myriad of questions and addressed all of our concerns. She helped us narrow down the style we wanted and helped us to custom design our sectional and showed us as many fabric selections as we requested until we found the perfect fit! Pia even helped us find the best fabric for two contrast pillows. The entire time we have interacted with Pia we found her to be most concerned with our satisfaction with our investment in Ethan Allen pieces and she always treat us with the utmost respect. I only wish we had met Pia earlier in our journey of our home redesign, as she is professional and helpful - yet always kind and understanding. I would highly recommend coming to this Ethan Allen location if you are able to meet with Pia and utilize her expertise and experience her care and respect for you as a client!

We started working with Madi at San Jose Ethan Allen in fall of 2023 as we were planning our major first floor remodel. She kept in contact at our speed, which was slow for quite a while. Then, perfect coincidence, there's a big sale in May and our framing is done so she can measure out the rooms. We focused on one room, the dining room, gave her some ideas of chairs and tables we were interested in to start. She made great suggestions because she understood the Ethan Allen product line and integrated those items with existing furniture we wanted to retain. I found Madi very responsive, knowledgeable about the product and a great eye for space and color. I highly recommend Madi!

I always enjoy the experience in Ethan Allen store, because the gorgeous design and exquisite craftsmanship. The designers are enthusiasm, patience, professional and standing in customers’ shoes. Yesterday, Viktoriya helped me to find the find my favorite mirror, as she has worked at different positions in Ethan Allen and pretty familiar with all furnitures, decors, floor sample sales. I would visit the store from time to time.
