Totally impressed with another car delivery by Eugene Car Transport. I purchased a MazdaM3 and the car was located just outside of Charlotte so I wanted it to be shipped in an enclosed trailer to NY. It was picked up and delivered on time l. The cost was absolutely reasonable and I would happily use them again.

I called a couple companies to get a quote, Eugene car transfer gave me a quote on Wednesday, I couldn't remember what it was so I called them back on Friday and was shocked to find it 30% higher I asked if prices were higher on Friday and he said no you shopped around and called several companies and we know this and therefore we're raising your price. Terrible customer service and exploiting their customers. Stay away from these people these scammers.

A couple of tips from my experience with this car shipping company. 1. Be flexible. Not only with the price you're willing to pay but also the location. You may have a #1 desired location for the car to be dropped off, which might be your driveway, but realistically that might not happen bc their truck dot nave an access to the narrow streets so they ask you to drive a few miles to meet the driver2. Be patient. I was stressed out and sweating my butt off when the day for car to be shipped was two days away and not one driver was biting to pick up my car. Overall, the move was smooth and easy. 5/5 from me :)))

The driver changed the pickup date twice and shipped the car 5 days later. The delivery date came and went, no calls, no messages. I had to initiate communication and call them. He said the car would arrive next day. It did arrive in the same shape. Overall it was a good experience.

Called last week, spoke to Al. Started great, took all the info required, put me on hold, came back and quoted me $545.00. I said "lets do it", he said great, put me on hold again a few more times, eventually came back and said their local driver already left, new price $845.00! I explained just minutes ago it was $545.00, he then said $745.00. I told him still to high so Al said he would work on this and call me back, never did. Bait and switch, will never use them. Called another local company who did it for $600.00.
