Terrible accounts payables. They want to dictate what personal bank account i use on trans flow in an effort to not pay their bills. How is it any of their business what account i use to get paid on from all my carriers. This has been a nightmare trying to get paid from them. Cirila Marimla is terrible to work with. What a nightmare. Just pay me my money on trans flow. My registered bank account is none of your business!

Every time the same problem! Really poor communication, trying to reach the broker regarding the load (the picture is attached) 2nd day in row and no answer! This is not the first time. They always post a loads and when you're trying to reach them you need to wait on hold for 10-12 min and when it comes to your turn they simply hang up on you! Just wasting of my time!

←Update → I originally left a bad review, I acknowledge it was written while very frustrated at the situation, however it was accurate information about our experience with our first load with this broker. I am upping the stars based on the communication I received 3 hours after it was written. That in itself speaks volumes about a company that truly cares about feedback in a way that they can use to improve customer relationships (not just to get a bad review taken down). Phil took the time to find out who we were and what load we were on to simply ask for a second chance to make a good impression. If you deal with new brokers often, then you know most of the time you are just another truck, another load, another dollar...so I did not expect a supervisor to respond in such an empathetic manner. We will now definitely give it another shot with Evans if the opportunity arises, based on our phone conversation. If the next one goes well I will update again. Thanks for taking the time to listen, Phil! ---original 1 star review --- To sum up a rather lengthy review... if the booking agent had owned up to his mistake that cost us time and money, in any kind of genuine way, this would have just been chalked up to its trucking and sh!t happens.

1 star is a gift…. These people are professionals at giving the run around. Pay when and if they feel like it and put you to voicemail or email that never gets returned! Call you relentlessly until the load delivers and then good luck getting them on the phone!

Evans is a great Transportation Company. Their Customer Service is Top Notch (ask for Mike Stiglich) and very easy to work with. Evans will work with you and find all your best options - especially if you're shipment is urgent. If you're looking to get your load picked up and delivered Fast and on Time - Evans is the Company to do it with.
