We completed a load for this company on April 04 2024. The first time I sent all requested documents over I got "automated" email responses. Numerous follow-up emails have been sent to which I receive promises that load will be paid next week. I never received the payment. I will definitely be filing against their bond. The lack of professionalism and communication is disrespectful.

BE AWARE!! If you’ve got an old load, the only way you're getting paid is by filing a claim on their insurance bond. Otherwise, kiss that money goodbye!

One of the most aggressive drivers I've seen in a while. A few miles back he cut me off at the last second. Then we went through a construction area with a posted speed limit of 55 where he decided to start tailgating me as aggressively as he possibly could, driving about 70 mph.

I submitted as per rate con instructions but no response except automated reply email. I chose quick pay but not received even a reply email about a week. Broker doesn’t know the accounting department phone number and doesn’t want to take any responsibility too.

If I can give them no stars I will do it. We run a load for them, they never told us the miss the appointment, waited for 4 hours, they promise detention, and now they are saying , no detention for miss appointments. We have all the prove and emails. We ask to talk to a manger and they refuse to talk to us. The broker Vinny said he doesn't care if we complain at all. Don't ever wok with this people. Horrible broker.
