I am a repeat customer of Excel Relocation Systems moving and storage company. I have used them over the years for both local moves in Bakersfield and long distance moves out of state as well. They are consistent in friendliness, helpfulness and how hard they work. They are expert movers and I wouldn't consider calling on anyone else for packing and unpacking either! On the occasions that I have hired Excel moving company as home and commercial movers, I have always been very pleased with their efficiency and care. In regards to residential movers, they are outstanding piano movers and treat every moving box as though it is fragile. When it comes to office moving, they are efficient and organised in loading and unloading which makes all the difference Their rates are fantastic which isn't why I hire them but is great for the young people at my work that I have referred them to for house and apartment moving. I use them for their high quality moving experience and would gladly pay a lot more if I had to. I feel confident in their automobile storage facility too - that my vehicle is safe from theft and damage. I will continue using them and recommending them to anyone in need of professional office or residential moving and storage services.

Excellent service!! Excel recently moved me into my new home. I have never hired movers before, and I will never move myself again! They did everything for us and I trusted their crew with all of our furniture and belongings. Nice guys, very friendly and accommodating too. The handled all of our furniture carefully. 5 Gold Stars for a consistent Professional Moving Company experience! We've been using Excel Relocation Systems for decades for everything from local moving to long distance moving services. They have done our apartment moving into bigger house moving and even our office moving once. They always do an outstanding job on the loading and unloading and the expert movers seem to really care about and enjoy what they do. We've never had anything broken because they do such a great job on the packing and unpacking of breakable items. Their moving and storage facility is top notch too. Our friends tell us horror stories and we always say the same thing - don't try to do it yourself, just call Excel! Thanks again, the McKay's.

Back in DEC 2021, Mentors delivered my new sofa set to my home and the movers carelessly bumped the corner leg of the sofa and hit the surface corner of my new concrete dining table. The new dining table is now ruined since the damage is completely visible. The only thing I heard in that second besides the metal hitting concrete was "oops" coming from that mover. After proper recording of the damage on the BOL/Delivery form, you would think the company would compensate appropriately. Long story short, the company apologized, but made me go through their insurance provider for the claim which I found out was denied because they chose to argue it was MY FAULT!!! The movers that they use are suspect. The customer service is very poor, and if there are any issues that arise, good luck having them trying to resolve it. It is now April and taking them to court is my last option. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
